The Keever’s Plant Based Tribe Potluck

We are excited to bring together a community of like minded people who are wanting to learn more about whole food plant based eating and/or bring their own experience to the group, along with sharing great recipes and foods to try ! If you are comfortable with bringing  a dish that would be great, we simply ask that you stay within the guidelines of it being whole food plant based ;

1. No meat or animal bi products like dairy, eggs, butter 
2. No or low amounts of oils 
3. The focus is whole foods, so we are trying to stay away from enriched white flours and processed vegan foods. 
4. If you can, it would be great to print out a recipe and have by your dish so everyone can know what's in it . Some people are trying to watch their sodium and fat contents for health reason so it would help for them to know what's included. 
5. If you would like to bring copies of your recipes to hand out that's great or I'm happy to post them on our Facebook page for you!

Our number one mission in this is to be encouraging, so we ask that you meet everyone where they're at and realize we all come from different places and reasons for eating this way - let's do whatever it takes to keep this a supportive , inclusive and relaxed space for everyone!
